    If you have an appointment with this "doctor", please stop and read this first. About four months ago, I went to this "doctor". My appointment was at 10 am, Dr. Hinek came in at 10:40, leaving me to pay for parking for an hour instead of the proper amount of time that a doctor should take. But this wasn't the end of my woeful visit. You see, I was referred to Dr. Hinek through my family doctor because there was a dark spot that kept getting darker on my arm. I felt it looked quite unattractive and was concerned for why it wasn't going away. My family doctor sent me to her for a consultation and the night before I looked up her name and found reviews about her. But everyone's exaggerating right? She can't be that bad? WRONG, this lady is worse. After making me wait 40 minutes, she came in (or rather power walked in), looked at my dark spot, and said I had nothing to worry about and it was normal all within 5 seconds. I WISH I was exaggerating. I began to explain that this wasn't just a concern about it being non-cancerous and I started with how I first noticed my spot a year ag--- oh wait but she cut me off, wouldn't let me speak and dismissed me. Like what? I've been to dermatologists in Dubai are kinder, understanding and welcoming to questions/comments/concerns. Dr. Hinek can be described best in the following words: cold, aloof, rude, dismissive, condescending, and down right patronizing. I don't understand why someone as robotic and rude as her has a medical license if she's not even willing to let her patients speak 5 words about their symptoms/condition. I've never been told by a health care professional to "suck it up". Very unprofessional and rude to the max! I came back to Dubai this month and went to my derma for this spot. It took a simple cortisone shot and bam, all gone. No "cutting my skin" as Dr. Doofus had recommended. Not only did this so called doctor mis-diagnose me, if I hadn't gotten it checked up by a REAL doctor, not this phoney, Anna Hinek would have been responsible for a HUGE issue. If your family doctor has recommended her to you, please PLEASE call them up right now and ask for another doctor. Don't go to her! Someone, for God's sake, PLEASE TAKE AWAY THIS PSYCHO'S LICENSE!
