Dr. Howard Harris & Dr. Anna Hinek

I would like to report Dr. Hinek. My children had an appoint July 11th. The referral was sent to her office from June. The receptionist said it's 8-12 weeks to process referrals and ended up calling me before her stated timeline. My daughter has ringworm and has been using topical medication but nothing has been working. Dr. Hinek took a sample to send off to the lab and advised by the end of the following week she would have the results. July 19th came and I didn't hear back from the office so I called. Receptionist advise the results "just came in" Dr. Hinek will review and call my by end of day. Within the hour the receptionist called back and advised it was only partial results the should have the full results by next week. It is now July 29th and I called back again. Only for the receptionist to advise she has the full results but Dr. Hinek is now on vacation and there is no one else to review the results only she can and she will be returning next week. I have a 4 year old, autistic child scratching her scalp until it bleeds and desperately waiting for medication and No One else is available to review the results and prescribe her the proper medication and they cannot forward the results to my family physician for review to prescribe the necessary medication. This is unacceptable
