It took them one month to deliver the first batch of my things; another month to deliver the left-over they forgot the first time; and my car arrived a few days after that. The car had a lot of extra mileage on it with no explanation. Can you imagine being without your bed and your car for two months! Horrible. The Principal (Ms. N.O.) seems to control communication, slowing things down. Sometimes it took 2 weeks for a reply. It’s like nobody else was allowed to reply unless she said so. The Principal became extremely unprofessional when I, and other customers based on other reviews, complained about the poor service. She turns things against the customer being so upset rather than dealing with the mistakes made by her staff and making reparations for it. Then she responds with utmost rudeness and threatens to never make contact again so she doesn’t have to deal with paying out claims. Stay away from this company and if you’re too late and got involved via one of their partner companies, then get the Better Business Bureau involved because otherwise you will get no action
This company did damage to a lot of property in my move from Newfoundland to Ontario, and there is a lot of my property missing. The company was quick to contact me to take my money but now will not respond to my contact about the complaints. Also, there was very shady movers that delivered my stuff in Ontario and took no care in moving it even in my presence. My best recommendation is Do Not use this company for your move. The worst service.
