    I scheduled a full service appointment at the Missisauga salon on 23 May, 19, the results of which were not good at all. The technician/ stylist really didn’t seem to know what she was doing. The first thing she did was to run and summon the supervisor for reasons I never fully understood. The Supervisor came in and literally baby sat the entire session which laster over two and one half hours. After the system was finally applied, the stylist made no attempt at any kind of style for the hair. She just sprayed water on my head and combed the hair over, much like you would do with a five year old (who probably wouldn’t be very happy either). The stylist kept asking me if i wanted the back cut, and I kept saying no, she kept asking, so finally I agreed. The stylist cut the back way too short without and thought of blending the system hair and the natural hair so the end result she made the system look like a cheap rug. I really do appreciate the staff giving me an appointment on short notice, but unfortunately now I’ve waisted a service from my plan, and am going to have to go through time and expense to replace the system. Not my best experience.
