The absolute worst vendor. They have rescheduled the pickup of a second broken washer/dryer for the 3rd time. Very, very unreliable, zero co-ordination between the suppliers and G Logistics. I get one call confirming the pickup and another one the next day canceling. I’ve never had such a horrible customer service experience in my life. Have just received yet another confirmation for tomorrow to pick up and have very little faith it will actually happen. Do not use this company if you can help it, they are very unreliable.
