    I purchased a tv and was told it was brand new, but when I got home it was missing the remote and cable. I got home and called Samsung about this and with the serial number on the tv they told me it is a refurbished tv from the states. BUYER BEWARE!

    These guys are rip off artists. I purchased a Samsung 4k LED and when I came to pick it up the next day they told me I had to pay $200 more. I offered to split the difference and they refused. The store also opened at 1:30pm, I was waiting since 10:45 am. Now I have to seek a legal solution. Don't waste your time deal with a reputable retailer.
