Yesterday my mom asked me to pick up her medication at NKS Health. It was supposed to be a quick pick up as she had called in her prescription and spoke to someone who was working from home. The employee said she would call the prescription in. When I arrived I had to wait for 30 minutes because the prescription had not been called in and my mother had been given incorrect information about a balance owing by the employee working from home. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience they caused me. They seem very disorganized.
