An agency based based on a culture of threats and harassment - the more incompetent and uneducated you are the higher they'll promote you and if you are a king or queen of unprofessionalism and incompetence and toxic abuser, then they will appoint you as the director of monitoring and partnership and specially if your name is Nadia S then they can't get rid of you for life. Such a waste of tax payer money on this toxic organization and its incompetent leaders
