Average rating 3.0 based on 1 reviewI had the worst experience with this fellow owner of FTH COMPUTERS.My MacBook.(2009-2010) had main battery problem.Gave me estimate$250.00.It was agreed upon to be ready 2-3 weeks. I went hoping it will be ready.No it was not,"Come back in in 2 weeks" was the reply.Again after 2 weeks not ready.Some excuses started to put before me.Technician is busy with other job and he will do as soon as find time.This lasted 4 months then he told me he had ordered new battery but it was wrong battery.Another 2 months passed.At last I asked if Technician can't do it.Pl. bring back my computer.After seven months I was asked to come and its ready.
I thank God its ready.No but it was not as it should be working.I had to press hard and hold ON/OFF key for a mint or longer some time.I complaint to the Owner Mr Shakeel Ahmed.Oh! bring it back I will get it fixed.
I had to go out of station for few weeks.On return Mr Shakkeel asked me why I did not come before.Three months period was over to start, he said but computer did not work I told him.So I gave the computer to him for Technician to look into.I was told Again Battery was on all time and it drained its power.He will look into it.
I n the mean time I had no computer for my work .I bought a new Mack book.I was angry and very disappointed.
This FTH .COMPUTERS moved to a new place taking my computer with hime and not informing me.I tracked him down and asked him to bring back my computer.He never came.Just recently I cam to know through a friend that he moved back and I can have my computer back.I was happy to see my computer back repaired.I was told to charge the computer since it was not used fr long time.I paid him $50 for keeping it safe.
As instructed I charged the computer.But it did not start though fully charged by battery light indication, green light.
Today I phoned Mr Shakeel "the computer is getting "ON" even pressing for longer time".
Mr Shakeel flatly told me he can't give any do any thing and asked me not waste his time"
So after 1-1/2 yearMr FTH COMPUTERS ,Mr Shakeel Ahamed kept my computer charged me, did not give a damn
to look into the problem and told me I am wasting his time by asking him to get it checked.
I am the most angry and disappointed customer with FTH COMPUTERS.So beware this "Sales-Repair-Accessories "
is NOT WORTH.This is my personal advice.Watch it don't waste money and time.Good luck
