I'm not sure why the freight forwarders use the Airport Cargo Warehouse. We have received our shipment there twice and both times we were charged a storage fee even though we picked up our shipment on the same day it became available for pickup.

Laziest and most ignorant bunch of ppl I have ever had to deal with. Very unprofessional, don't care about customer service at all...I have been in the shipping business for over 20 yrs and have never dealt with a bunch of assholes like this company...from front to back...all assholes
