My most recent trip with Air Canada was amazing. You have a wonderful desk lady named Anne Marie who looked after passengers arriving from Calgary on the December 31st flight to Toronto/Mississauga. I use a wheelchair. Anne Marie looked after me with great respect and care. When no wheelchair-helper arrived after numerous calls Anne Marie personally took me down the long long corridor and elevator to the basement area to await the outbound plane for Windsor ON. She returned to her upstairs duties and then came to the Windsor departure and managed the desk there too. She is an excellent example of the wonderful employees that are customer-oriented, knowledgeable and kind. Please tell Anne Marie that I very much appreciated her kindness and help.
