Months ago, I had a knee injury and it was ruled out as Osteoarthritis and Torn Meniscus. This has caused a great impact on my ability to perform my daily routine both from work and home. The damaged tissues on my right knee gave me an “excruciating pain that badly affected my mobility and strength. However, with the aid of a professional and competent physio and massage therapist at Total Health and Family Centre, I am now relieved from the joint pains, body pains, and my mobility has improved a lot. Now I sit, stand and walk and gain my strength without cane support. I can do my usual activities at home without any difficulties. Once in a while, I socialize with friends outside of my comfort zone. I am expecting to return to work soon without any restrictions/limitations. I give all the credits to the following professionals: Dr Virginia (Chiropractor), Usha Rani (Physiotherapist), Nana Hegazi (Massage Therapist) and last but not the least, Tatiana Garces (Office Manager). They patiently explained to me my physical conditions as well as the necessary treatments and expectations to fully recover from my knee injury. They would listen and cater to all my needs.
