Impossible to book an appointment as they never answer their phone. It always goes to voicemail. I've been calling since 9am to 3pm and they are still too busy to answer.
Near impossible trying to book an appointment. They never pick of the phone. I've been calling from 9am to 3pm and they are still to busy to pick up. How is anyone supposed to see their family doctor? Pick UP Your Phone - calling straight for 6 hours, you should be able to.
I have been going to Dr. Smith since I was 9 I am about to be 30 and she is such an above and beyond doctor . I am so grateful to have such a bond and connection where I have also brought my child under her care JBS medical is such a family of practitioners who really put your needs first
After calling list provided by hospital so my new born son could be discharged no one was available. The hospital informed me that my family doctor is fine and they would make an exception as this happens all the time. Sabetti refused to see my son saying they are not taking new patients however this was NOT to become a patient , just weight for my son as is required by the hospital after a baby is discharged from the Nicu. The hospital and other medical clinic I called is shocked that a family doctor would refuse this. Currently my son is unable to be discharged and the hospital is trying to find an alternative through their on call doctors. I have had other concerns in the last but this really is a shock to me, a doctor that couldn't take 5 minutes to weight a baby and would rather a newborn not be able to come home. It breaks my heart that this happens. This is not the way to start a new family and thankful for a new referral for a family doctor from our medical team now.
