ZERO STAR. They cheated me by asking for up-front money for an order they took while they were out of a manufacturing facility. They are no longer at the address posted on their slick website. The last answer I got was "We don't give refunds". Last time I went to Mississauga (October 2017) their machinery and garbage was outside in a lane, they had been kicked out by the owner of their third location in three months because of a bounced deposit check. The president said that his grandfather and father were inventors but not businessmen, well the son and grandson are total failures. I relied in part on the program "The Big Decision" where a Dragon agreed to invest in Synstone. The only problem is that after due diligence, seeing the business was a real Mickey Mouse outfit, the Dragon changed his mind, The update was never published.
