We were quite pleased with Midpoint and used them in a number of projects. We hired them, to replace the shingles on our roof. In turn they subcontracted another company who only did part of the agreed upon job. Midpoint returned and only did half of the job that they were agreed to complete. We then found out that they never paid the sub-contracter. We also found out that they charged us nearly twice the amount they contracted the roofing company for the work. In addition they misdiagnosed dampness in the basement as due to condensation and not the weeping tiles as we suspected. The removed the flooring, took down the drywall and then disappeared. They refuse to return our messages or e-mail. In addition to the financial loss, we are perplexed why they would bilk a long-standing customer in this manner.
