Bad experience with them, never come back to finish their installation of the door, ignore your phone calls and email, very unprofessional
They took your money but never come back to complete the installation of the door. They are not trust worthy
We had four doors installed. All doors leak air around the seals. We wish we had kept the original doors as even though old, they were airtight. The owners response to our issues were "welcome to Ontario". Implying that all doors leak in this Province. Both of the French doors are also warped, so impossible to seal. The weatherstripping on all four doors is innefective and has also been cut too short...adding to the draughts. In Winter after a cold night their is usually a patch of frozen water from the ingress of air condensation then freezing. We have contacted the owner numerous times to no avail. Stay away from this company. No ethics, and incompetent installers... Which happened to be the owner. Not sure what the issue was but the installer and owner constantly argued... Which didn't inspire confidence. We have had a contractor come out at our own expense and he stated that because of the bad install and bent doors, they would need ripping out and starting again. He also stated that we should take legal action against the company. If anyone is thinking of buying a door from this company... Come and see our doors for yourself. Guaranteed you will be shocked how bad they are as well as how they were installed.
