Awful toners that leak in your machine and very poor customer service
One of their salesman wouldn't stop calling our office to order toners so we finally told.hin.we would prefer 2 to try them out. Not only did delivery take more than a week to arrive but after only 2 days of use the toner leaked all over the inside of our office printer. The machine was ruined after that and we had to buy a new one. The boss was not happy wont be using an itemex toner again and should get some kind of refund but they won't give us one. Worst decision.
