Dr. Andy Doug-lun Wong should be avoided if possible. I experienced complications during surgery and felt that there was no proper after-surgery care. My concerns were dismissed, and I felt unsupported when trying to seek help. The staff were unkind and unprofessional during follow-up visits, which made the whole experience distressing. Please check your bills carefully and be aware of your rights as a patient.
