i have been shoping at the dupont store in erinmills location for over 20 years bought thousands of dollars worth of clothes never had a problem, first time my wife bought a item that was not suitable with an hour i called and the sales ferson was not interesed in listening to my concern was not interestd in taking a return i told him i have been a 20 year custome but he did not care, ialso pointed out most stores have a return or exchange policy but he was not interested inanycompromise, seemed like they are desperate to get a sale, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE ,PLEASE BE CAREFULL WHEN YOU SHOP THERE. LEARNT HOW DESPERATE THEY ARE FOR A SALE AND HAVE NO FEELING OR CARE ABOUT A 20 YEAR LOYAL CUSTOMER BE WARE . I HAVE LEARNT A LEASON .
